Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with GrowRich. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, downloadable software products, and personalized items. Additionally, gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at growrichindiainfo@gmail.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at growrichindiainfo@gmail.com and send your item to: Greens Building, opposite CCRI, Kalavoor, Alappuzha, Kerala 688522.

To return your product, mail it to: Greens Building, opposite CCRI, Kalavoor, Alappuzha, Kerala 688522. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning items over a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
